The Lessons in this Reading Book are arranged in a more connected form than is usually adopted, and it is believed they will be found to be of a more interesting character, and much more instructive than the unconnected scraps of which Reading Books have hitherto consisted.

The volume is arranged in Four Parts, which can be used in any order, or a lesson may be selected from each in succession, as the teacher may prefer.

A “SEQUEL,” on the same plan, is in preparation, and will shortly be published.
