The Central Library is open for delivery of books from 9 A. M. to 8.30 P. M., except in July and August, when it closes at 8 P. M. The Central Library Reading Room is open from 9 A. M. until 10 P. M., except in July and August, when it closes at 9 P. M. On Sundays it is open from 2 to 7 P. M., except during June, July, August and September. The Branch Libraries are open from 9 A. M. to 9 P. M. The delivery of books in all branches closes at 8.30 P. M. Station 8 is open from 3 to 7 P. M.; Station 9 is open from 4 to 8P. M.; Station 10 is open daily from 2 to 6 P. M.; on Tuesday and Friday from 9 A. M. to 1 P. M.; and on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 6 to 9 P. M. All buildings are closed on Sundays and legal holidays, except as above. There is a daily delivery of books from the Central Library to the Branches and Stations.

Any person over twelve years of age may obtain a borrower's card on making application with certificate of guaranty, signed by some responsible citizen.

Books may be kept two weeks and may not be renewed, except on students' cards.

A fine of two cents is charged for each day that a book is kept beyond two weeks.
