Stefano Guandalini, MD, is Professor of Pediatrics, Chief of the Section of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, and Director of the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Program, Chicago, USA. He is also Chairman of the Federation of the International Societies of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.
