¶ 526. All bequests, devises, and donations the work of church extension may be made "The Board of Church Extension of the Methodi Episcopal Church, South," a corporation charter by the State of Kentucky.

¶ 531. WHAT TRAVELING PREACHERS CAN BE ELECT DELEGATES TO THE GENERAL CONFERENCE.

The "four calendar years" a preacher must ha traveled before he can be elected a delegate to t General Conference should be counted from time of his reception on trial. (1914.)

1532. A TEACHER A TRAVELING PREACHER.

A member of an Annual Conference, appoin by the Bishop from year to year as a teacher, i "traveling preacher" in the sense of the Discipli (1885.)

¶ 533. WHERE A TRANSFERRED PREACHER HAS HI CHARACTER PASSED.

Every transfer of a traveling preacher is con tioned upon the passage of his character by Conference from which he is transferred and which he is amenable up to the time of its occ rence. (1885.)

37. ONLY A CONFERENCE CAN APPEAL FROM THE DECISION OF A BISHOP.

The right of appeal from the decision of a bishbelongs only to the Conference over which he at the time presiding, and cannot be claimed exercised by any individual member thereof.
