Galicia, to Captain Kennedy.

(Tranflation.)

On the Receipt of your official Letter, announcing the Approach of an Army of His Britannic Majesty, amounting to Thirty-five thousand Men, the Reyno gave the neceffary Orders that it might be received in a fuitable Manner, and that the neceffary Quarters fhould be prepared: But as the Supreme Central Junta is now established, the Reyno will forward your Communication to it, and you may also addrefs yourself to it in fuch Manner as you may think proper.
