Rosa Luxemburg was a profound and original thinker and a brilliant speaker. She was one of the greatest figures produced by the international working class movement. For more than thirty years, until her murder in Berlin in 1919, she was continuously in the forefront of the working class struggle - in Poland, Russia and Germany. Bitterly critical of all forms of dogmatism, she devoted her life to the revolutionary movement. Paul Frolich's 'Rosa Luxemburg' is the best available consideration of her work. A socialist classic.
