serting therein, immediately after the first sentence thereof, the following new sentence: "Such regulations shall make appropriate provision for the reporting of proceedings of the Senate by radio or television at such times and under such conditions as may be specified in such regulations or by resolution of the Committee from time to time."

(b) The second sentence of the second paragraph of rule XXXIV of the Standing Rules of the Senate is amended by inserting therein, immediately after the words "radio, wire, wireless," the term "television."

SEC. 2. All funds derived from the sale authorized by this concurrent resolution shall be deposited into the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.

FOOD AND AGRICULTURE ACT OF 1962

The Senate resumed the consideration of its unfinished business, viz, the bill (H.R. 12391) to improve and protect farm income, to reduce costs of farm programs to the Federal Government, to reduce the Federal Government's excessive stocks of agricultural commodities, to maintain reasonable and stable prices of agricultural commodities and products to consumers, to provide adequate supplies of agricultural commodities for domestic and foreign needs, to conserve natural resources and for other purposes.
