COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS SATELLITE SYSTEM

The Senate resumed the consideration of its unfinished business, viz, the bill (H.R. 11040) to provide for the establishment, ownership, operation, and regulation of a commercial communications satellite system, and for other purposes.

On motion by Mr. MORSE to further amend the committee amendment by inserting in lieu of the language, as amended, proposed to be inserted, certain other words.

MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

Mr. President: The House of Representatives has passed without amendment the bill (S. 3428) relating to the appointment of judges to the municipal court for the District of Columbia, the municipal court of appeals for the District of Columbia, and the juvenile court of the District fo Columbia.
