INTERIOR DEPARTMENT AND RELATED AGENCIES APPROPRIATIONS, 1963 The Senate resumed the consideration of its unflished business, viz, the bill H.R. 10802 making appropriations for the Department of the Interior and related agencies for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1963, and for other purposees

The question being on agreeing to the amendment proposed by Mr. MAGNUSON on page 31, line 10, striking out the sum "$2.000.000" and inserting in lieu thereof the sum $6,000,000.

On motion by Mr. MAGNUSON, The yeas and nays, being desired by one-fifth of the Senators present, were ordered on the question of agreeing to his amendment.

Mr. WILLIAMS of Delaware raised a question of order that Mr. MAGNUSON'S amendment was legislation on an appropriation bill and not in order.
