Werner Delfmann is Professor of Business Administration and Director of the Department of Business Policy and Logistics at University of Cologne, Germany. Herbert Baum is Professor of Economics and Director of the Institute of Transport Economics at the University of Cologne, Germany. Stefan Auerbach is Managing Director of Lufthansa Consulting GmbH, Germany. Sascha Albers just finished his doctorate degree at the Department of Business Planning and Logistics, University of Cologne, Germany, and is currently visiting lecturer at the Department of Strategic Management at the University of Waikato Management School, New Zealand.
