Dumfries, April 11. The Circuit Court ef Jufticiary was opened here yesterday, by the Right Hon. Lord Juftice Clerk, and Lord Craig.—John Muir, accused of beating and bruifing John M'Farlane, being found Guilty, was fentenced to one month's imprisonment, to find caution to keep the peace for three years, and found liable to pay McFarlane Sol, as expences, and 70l. as damages. There was no other Criminal business before the Court.

April 14. This morning, failed from Leith Roads, in the Martin floop of war, for Hamburgh, his Royal Highnefs the Duke D'Angouleme, fon of Moufieur. His Royal Highness received a royal fa lute from the ships in Leith Roads and the Battery. It is faid he is to go from Hamburgh, to join the Prince of Conde's Army, with the Duke de Berry, if the war continue.
