The confent of His Royal Highness having been obtained, it was propofed that a Print from a Caft of that Buft fhould be prefixed as a Frontispiece to this Volume: but Mr. Sharp, the Artift, to whom the execution of the Plate was entrufted, having by an accident been prevented compleating the Engraving, it has been thought proper to delay the publication no longer; the Volume must therefore appear without it.
